Return/Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@maxwellautotech.com to start a support ticket.

Note: This return policy only applies to items available on our web store, custom order or specialty products are none returnable unless otherwise indicated at the time of shipment.

Shipping Times

Usually, we ship products within 1 business day (excluding weekends or US holidays), special orders or very large orders may take an additional 1-2 days. Shipping transit times are highly variable and are not within our control, all US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes on average 2-4 business days. Foreign shipments including those sent to Canada are sent as a USPS First Class Package which can take 7-14 business days on average, however, weather, strikes, customs processing or other extenuating factors could cause it to take longer. If you require rush shipping please contact our sales team to enquire about UPS or FedEx Express shipping, that can take as little as 3-4 days for most international shipments but costs significantly more.
